A TV set wakes up and tries to tune himself up, but with no success. When he accidentally comes across the weather channel, he spots a gorgeous lady presenting the forecasts. This, of course, catches his attention... In a series of hilarious gags, the film carries us through his awkward attempts to get himself tuned up to that channel. With no success, of course...
